Public Records

I've just submitted a request to the district for the following public records: 1) a copy of the supe's contract; 2) a copy of the supe's most recent letter of evaluation; 3) copies of all time sheets submitted by the supe over the past three years. I'll keep you posted on what I learn.

By the way, law is not that complicated and searching Oregon Revised Statutes is easy and quite enlightening.

  1. What about all reimbursements made since he took office?

Supt's don't turn in timesheets, they're exempt, but still subject to use leave when gone.

  2. What I received was his leave records for the past three years. They're printed above in the post title "Paid Vacations." I've since asked for a record of all reimbursements plus records of anything else paid for the superintendet. I'll be posting those once I receive them.

  3. I've also asked for copies of his monthly expense reports that, according to his contract, he is supposed to be keeping.
